Carl Quinn joined the team in September in an Administration & Payroll support role

Carl had just completed a 6 month graduate scheme at Halton Council where he worked within the Marketing and External Funding divisions.   He graduated from Lancaster University in 2010 and is continuing his studies with an accountancy night school course.
